Interpretation notes
There are remarkable establishment of possible kinship and species delineation. Coalescence analysis showed that:
1. STRs from unrelated individuals clustered together away from the actual kinship lineage.
2. Brothers (son1 and son2) linked together with close relationship between the cousin and father.
3. Chimp, gorilla, and macaque sequences formed distinct clusters, distant from human STRs.
Note: the sequences used are synthetic and for exploratory only to see if Covary renders expected results.
